Three days, two days, one day...at home

Three days until  going back to Estonia

So I have been here three months and it has gone really quickly. I don't now even how it is possible,  I feel like I arrived here yesterday.

Today we went to Prague, last time for this time. There was freezing cold but like always I really like spending time in Prague. As well we visited the Salvador Dali exposition, which was actually really interesting, I personally wasn't expecting anything so good or exciting. :)

But after that day I was really tired and went (almost) straight to bed when we went home.

Two days until going back to Estonia

Today we were presented presentation about Estonia and differences between Estonia and Czech Republic.  After that we were speaking with school headmaster and he wished us safety journey and good luck.

And at the evening here in dormitory they made surprise "party" for us. And we played as well one board game what called here "Activity" it is similar to "Alias", it was really fun evening.

One day until going back to Estonia

It was actually quit wistful day because all the time came up that "I'm leaving tomorrow" thought. And my last lesson in Czech Republic was English lesson with native speaker, he was and as well is the funniest teacher who I have ever known. "Oooo happy day" :) I think that was great lesson to end my staying in Czech Republic. And after that we went to Olga' s cabinet to get all the documents. When all documents were okay then we just talked about our staying in Czech Republic and a little bit what is going to hapend in future.
When I went back to dormitory I started packing (again it isn't my favorite thing to do but I survived). Funny thing about that, in Thursday  is cleaning day in dormitory and our room was totally messy and while dormitory employee was coming into our room she gave us one more garbage bag,  just laughed and as well she gave us good wishes and told "Na shledanou"  :) We ended the packing and cleaning after midnight. :) I went sleep for four hours but I think that was better than not at all went to sleep.

Going home

Now I'm at my sweet-sweet  home.
How was my journey back to Estonia?
It was great, everything went as planned. We started our journey at 6.30 a.m and we arrived to Estonia 16.45p.m. And then I went by  bus to Tartu, where my parents were waiting me. :D Then we went home, my dog was happy to see me but my cat was like" okay you are now here but I'm mad at you and  don't you leave me anymore :)". So that was my Friday. :D

It is really nice to be at home.

P.S That isn't my last post here, in future are coming some more posts. :)

Lots of love,
Helena

Do what you love.

Hey!

Only less than a week and  I'm going back to Estonia.

But what I was doing this week or weekend?
On Monday I discovered at school that there is  one poster where is  one poem in Estonian. It was quite interesting because I have been here almost 3 months and I see it now.
September 26 European Day of Languages

And this weekend I went hiking. On Friday I went to Pec pod Sněžkou, when I made there then there was snow...of course I was really happy. :D
On Saturday when I woke up then was really beautiful weather plus that view from my hotel window. So  I was staying at this hotel only one night and the check out as usually before 11.00 a.m. And there was problem because I was hopping that I can leave my suitcase to the hotel (I mean not in my room but somewhere) as long  I return from my hiking trip then I pick my suitcase up. But they told me that there won´t be any staff at daytime. So I found one shop, where seller agreed that I can leave my suitcase there but I must be back there before 15.00 p.m (he saved my day).
And then I started my journey. It was at beginning quit hard but when I was up on the mountain then the way back was of course easy, if I leave that part out that I again almost fell down (but the reason was this time that I was wearing running shoes and the road was icy and snowy). :D
I was back at Pec pod Sněžkou about 13.30 p.m. I went to one cafe to drink hot chocolate, what was really good. And then I went back to Štětí.  And I was very tired, when I arrive to my dormitory.

Zoo and Christmas

Hey!

This week was a little bit different... in the middle of the week we went to the zoo. And it was really fun and interesting. By the way I even don't remember when was the last time I went to the zoo, I think it was before my 11 year birthday. :) But back to the Wednesday we started our journey about 9.15 a.m, when our train came.  When we arrived to Prague, then we went straight to the zoo because we didn't want to lose our important and very  valuable time. :)  Actually  I'm really proud of myself,  while I was  very good at moving in the traffic, I mean here that I found right metros, buses and trains by myself. :D

And after the zoo we went shopping.........every where here is Christmas, even the shopping center is decorated already (the lights), in front of the shopping center are little outlets where you can buy hot wine and other Christmas food's and drinks or at least those smell like Christmas.

Our weekend we spend at Karlovy Vary and I can say that was probably the best choice.  Karlovy Vary is very famous because of the hot springs (13 main springs and about 300 smaller springs) And these smaller springs are all over the city and people are drinking that water. I tasted as well that famous water... it wasn't good (that is my opinion) But there were lot of people who were drinking that water with cups. Karlovy Vary is very beautiful in the day time but more beautiful in the evening. I really enjoyed that time what I spent there. :)

Lots of love,
Helena. :)

Trust yourself!!! :D

Hey, hey!

As you all probably already know, then in weekdays don't happen here anything cool or exiting. Only thing this week was that we went photographing on Wednesday  and I must say we took some good photos. :D

On Saturday I went hiking...A L O N E  and actually it was pretty amazing. Of course I was afraid at the beginning of my journey, what all may happen there... when I miss my bus or train or like one person said to me, when you break your leg and it is all in all quit dangerous. Funny is that when I was thinking in the end of my journey that I may break my leg, then I almost fell down. :D :D :D

But why did I go there????? Answer for that is actually quit easy. I went there because when I got almost year ago know that I'm going to Czech Republic, then  that was  first place where I was thinking I want to go there for sure and nothing can  stop me. :) I must say that  my dream  to go there almost failed down. But when I was is Romania then I told to Kadri about that dream and she said: " You must go there, even when you must go alone." And she was right. One other reason why I went there was that I was talking one of my friend about hiking and he asked me "But why you don't go hiking anymore?" and I was answering something like I don't have time. But after that I was thinking I have time (at least now) and I'm in Czech Republic where are lot of possibilities for hiking.

Eventually I write as well a little bit about my day. My train leaved to Děčín 9.35 a.m and it arrived there about 10.30 a.m. But my bus to Hřensko left at 12.07 p.m so again a lot of waiting (but I'm good at this:)) Then I went straight to Pravčická brána and when I finally arrived there then even sun came out. :) :) :) And that feeling what I got there and what I get every time when I'm hiking is just amazing. I think  for that don't have even any words and only those knew that feeling who love hiking really much. I think I was there more than one hour and I was just looking and thinking how amazing here is. When I finally came down, then the time was quit late for another destination. And I just walked there. I made back to dormitory at about 21.00 p.m.
I can even say that, this day was my favorite day ,all that time that I have spent here in Czech Republic. :D :D

Lots of love,
Helena.

Suprise!!!!! Romania :)

Salut!

So like most of you probably know then I spent my Czech school holiday in Romania.
As a matter of fact that idea to go to Romania came about 6 days before going to Romania. That came when me and Kadri were talking about our next week plans and what is going to happen. And then suddenly Kadri said “It would be so awesome when you would come to Romania” and I was like “but why not because I really like Romania”. And then we started searching how is the most easiest, cheapest way to go to Romania. And we found that the most easiest is to go to Romania by bus.
And after that discovery we spoke to our Estonian teacher and as well of course our local coordinators.
And they all were thinking that is possible idea. And of course after that we were really, really happy. And on Wednesday I bought my tickets to Romania and back and I was really happy. :D :D
So and then had only 2 days until I was going to Romania.

My journey to Romania started 14.05 p.m when my firsth bus left from Steti to Prague. But Romanian bus left to Romania about 21.30. (So there was a lot of waiting.) And I arrived to Petrosani on the next evening about 17.00 p.m. Yes, it was long and exhausting journey. But it was worth of it!!!!! :)
My lovely bus, where I spent lot of time. :)

My firth evening in Romania, 26. okt. Saturday
Yes, I was really tired but like Kadri had told me few days earlier  “This week you won't sleep, Helena” And she was right!!!! So on the first evening we went out and there was some festival and of course circus. You can see one video below. :) But while we all wanted do go to the other machine then about that  I don't have any video. But I can say that the second one was much fearful.
I met lots of Kadris friends this evening/night, who all are really cheerful. And I can say that I haven't laughed so much for a long time!!!!

Second day in the Romania, 27.okt.Sunday
It started really early, because our train left about 7... a.m from the station. And we went hiking. And I think I can say everything was perfect, weather was sunny, company was really happy and positive.
So we went that kind place like Baru Mare, there was beautiful waterfall and naturally beautiful nature around of it and on way to there. (I took about 400 picture during that day, I think it speaks by itself :))
And what I actually really liked, was that we didn´t  have to hurry, we even stayed at one place I think more than one hour. Who wanted, slept, some of us played cards, some of us were listening to music etc. Anyway, I really liked that day!!!:)

Happy

Amazing nature.

Third day in the Romania, 28. okt. Monday
Was school day. We went to couple of lessons. But of course my favorit lessons were practice lessons- make up, nails and of course face massage.  After that we went do Kadris football practice. And at the evening we went to Medevel, what is one restorant in Petrosani. I ate there pasta and papanas, which is one of Romanian trational food, it is really good. :)

Fourth day in the Romania, 29.okt.Thusday
On thursday. We went to Kadris favorite cafe and we ate there savarine, which is also a popular romanian desert. Because the weather was very beautiful that day, we just spent time outside by walking. And at the evening I met Luchiana and we spent really good time together. And after that I was helping Kadri, with her fathers birthday gift.

Fifth day in the Romania, 30.okt Wednesday
On wednesday there were Football competitions where Kadri was also going to play but for her luck their team was the only girl-team. At the evening we went Kango jumps, what is one fitness training. And after that we went to eat  Peters, where as well joined with us Larisa and Radu. I can say that evening was quite nice.

Sixth day in the Romania, 31 Nov. Thursday
On Thurday was at school halloween celebration, where some of classes were decoriated. And some of students were wearing costumes and they had as well prepared performances. In he afternoon we went to feng chui restoran, where we ordered  Kadris favorite dish and it was as well very good. And in the evening we went to little childrens halloween party, actually it was really nice and fun. And after that we went to Kadris friend place where we played table game. And we arrived home at 4.a.m.
Happy Halloween!

Seventh day in the Romania, 1 Nov.Friday
On Friday we woke up about 8.30 a.m. And then we went to stores, because I wanted something to buy to home. And at the evening there was a Halloween party which was super ending in Romania. :)

Eight day in the Romania, 2 Nov. Saturday
On Saturday we arrived to home about 8.a.m. And after that I started to pack my things and.................Kadri fell asleep.........But at 11.45 a.m Ama came there to pick us up to take us to the bus stop.  And when I was leaving then Kadri was calling me and telling bus was riding away and the car trunk was opened. So I was going to tell it to bus-driver and then he closed the car trunk.

So I think it is enough for this time, I hope you enjoyed.

Lots of love,
Helena :)
